Spring Dressing
Although it may be 53 degrees today, 65 degrees tomorrow and snowing next Monday, I will continue to dress like Spring is here, especially if brands, like Jill Jill Stuart, create collections as beautiful as their Spring 2019 Collection. With tropical prints, flowers, and bright and pastel colors throughout their collection, I can definitely assume that in the fashion industry, Spring has definitely sprung!
